152.3.36.72 port 32: Connection refused表示主機152.3.36.72沒有ssh在埠 32 上執行的伺服器。

當您升級系統時，ssh具有非標準埠 32 的舊配置可能被新的預設配置覆蓋。嘗試連接到預設埠22。

另一種可能性是您將防火牆配置為阻止訪問並返回無法訪問的 ICMP 埠。
