刪除或註釋掉http_access allow localnet該行之後的第一個acl localnet src 200.200.200.0/24。

您編寫配置文件的方式，允許規則出現在所有其他允許或拒絕規則之前，因此他們甚至沒有機會：允許 localnet 訪問所有內容而沒有任何限制。

這就是為什麼在您編輯的範例 squid.conf 中，http_access allow localnet幾乎所有其他允許/拒絕規則之後和規則之前http_access deny all。
