無法連接到電纜調製解調器上的乙太網

我有一個Arris電纜調製解調器，我的筆記型電腦有一個JMC250 PCI Express 千兆乙太網控制器。我無法使用 NetworkManager、Wicd 或 Debian Stable 上的命令行連接到其有線網路。我也嘗試過執行 Porteus（基於 Slackware）的 LiveCD，但結果是一樣的。

我也嘗試過多次解除安裝jme模組並重新載入它，沒有任何選項，也有選項force_pseudohp=1、no_pseudohp=1和no_extplug=1，但無濟於事。

我也試過關閉 rfkill 開關，因為我可以使用 NetworkManager 連接到 Wifi 而沒有任何問題。

網路電纜、介面本身或您要連接的設備已損壞/損壞。您甚至嘗試過多個作業系統，而且它們的行為都相同，這一事實支持了這一點。

基本上這不是軟體問題。
