如果沒有該設置（IP:PORT 為空），我會收到此錯誤：

Connection failed. Error: Connection refused

您無法通過代理訪問 XChat，因為您的代理專門設置為拒絕您此權限。與配置或維護代理的人交談，看看他們是否允許這樣做。
