無法在 LinuxMint 上的 Windows 10 中掛載格式化為 NTFS 的驅動器

Metadata kept in Windows cache, refused to mount.
Failed to mount '/dev/sda3': Operation not permitted
The NTFS partition is in an unsafe state. Please resume and shutdown
Windows fully (no hibernation or fast restarting), or mount the volume
read-only with the 'ro' mount option.

1. 在 Windows 中，搜尋CMD
2. 右鍵點擊它，然後左鍵點擊以管理員身份執行
3. 確認 UAC 的提示
4. 輸入並確認：

chkdsk c: /f

或其他分區。 5. 系統分區只能在引導模式下修復；因此它會詢問您是否希望在啟動時執行執行檢查磁碟。輸入Y並確認。 6. 重新開始。錯誤將得到糾正。

您應該在 Windows 上禁用休眠和快速啟動

man ntfs-3g:

Windows hibernation and fast restarting
  On computers which can be dual-booted into Windows or Linux, Windows has to be fully shut down before booting into Linux, otherwise the NTFS file systems on internal disks
  may be left in an inconsistent state and changes made by Linux may be ignored by Windows.

  So, Windows may not be left in hibernation when starting Linux, in order to avoid inconsistencies. Moreover, the fast restart feature available on recent  Windows  systems
  has to be disabled. This can be achieved by issuing as an Administrator the Windows command which disables both hibernation and fast restarting :

     powercfg /h off
