and module like /build/nginx-mcUg8N/nginx-1.14.0/debian/modules/http-subs-filter is from library or I've to download

您在編譯時的選項被解釋為命令，這就是它說command not found. 很可能您沒有轉義換行符，因此 shell 認為下一行的選項是要執行的命令。
