Reindl Harald 說要小心 CentOS 儲存庫。Xe 與 Oracle 自己的建議一致，即一次只升級一個版本級別。
M. Harald 所說的儲存庫的人Remi Collet 說要再次降級到舊版本的 MySQL，將整個數據庫集轉儲到文件，再次升級，然後從轉儲中恢復。
